ARTICULATING
ROBOT HEADS
Custom articulating
head mechanisms are being designed and built for a robotic package
machine. The heads mount onto a high speed SCARA robot. The
mechanisms pick up the product at a 16” outside spacing,
articulate the product closer together to a 12” outside spacing,
and then insert the product into a 12.5” wide box.

AUTOMATIC BEARING TORQUE TESTER
An automatic torque
tester is being designed and built to sort spherical bearings into
three groups. The machine will test bearings in the torque range
from 4 to 192 (oz-in). The bearings that test over and under the
specified torque limits will get automatically sent to rework
machines. The bearings will then be automatically retested and
resorted.
