Automatic Soldering, Assembly & Testing Machine

System makes soldered parts for the automotive industry at a rate of 8 parts per minute. The active nests are precision ground to exacting specifications to ensure the parts are made to meet the customer's tolerances.

System uses a six station indexing dial, active cam driven nests for articulating parts, a dual head solder reflow station, a cool down station, a testing station, a good offload station and a reject offload station.
