Automatic System for Adhesive, Vision, Testing & Packaging Bearings

Composite automotive bearings are automatically sealed, greased, tested, vision inspected, and pre-packaged at a rate of 15 parts/min. An adhesive is applied to the OD of the bearing to seal an assembly seam and grease is applied to the ID. The parts are pre-packaged and cured in a convection carousel indexing.

This machine for the automotive industry processes bearings from an infeed conveyor. The bearings are escaped and pick & place transferred through an adhesive station, grease station, testing & vision station, reject station, pre-packaging and curing carousel.
