Assembly System with Potting, Vision, Testing & Packaging

A ceramic, metal slurry, positive coefficient resistor is automatically assembled, tested, potted, spin cured, vision inspected and packaged at a rate of 40 ppm. Specialized micro mechanisms are used to feed and assemble the components. The system is PLC controlled and uses three indexing dials for part handling.
